I had an amazing stay at this resort, with plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. The facilities were excellent, especially the pools, and the mountain views were simply breathtaking. However, the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow and can be a bit stressful to navigate. Also, soundproofing in the rooms could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the dining options were absolutely outstanding, particularly for lunch and dinner. However, I was quite disappointed with the lack of alcohol service and the limited availability of some activities for the kids during our stay. Additionally, the charges for a broken mug felt a bit unfair after spending so much on our visit.
